We will continue to undertake extra cleaning regimes in communal areas and when changing rooms around. If the date of your booking is directly affected by Government restrictions your non refundable booking maybe changed to another date, please email or contact us directly to discuss and arrange this.
All rates are charged on a per room basis and fully inclusive of a locally sourced full Yorkshire breakfast or alternative, based on two persons sharing.
One night bookings only accepted Sun-Thurs and within 4 weeks of stay and by contacting us directly. Pennine Way walkers can stay 2 or more nights by using the Settle/Carlisle railway for the Gargrave and Hawes leg. Transport can be arranged from Malham.
An extra companion pull out bed can be requested in Wensleydale only, this is a small single but very comfortable and large enough for adults. (2’6″ x 6′).
Children over the age of 10 only are accepted and are charged at the full adult rate. However if booking all 4 rooms then children under 10 years of age can be accepted subject to prior arrangements with us directly.
Dinners available when 3 or 4 rooms are booked together for 3 or more nights. Contact us for prices and options.

Terms and Conditions
By paying your deposit you are entering into a legally binding contract and accepting our Terms and Conditions in full.
- A non refundable deposit of the first night rate is payable on booking, if this is within 21 days of your arrival then the total cost of your stay is required. ( Only £50 deposit per room required if booking before 31st Dec 2021).
- Check in is from 3pm onwards, checkout is 10.30 am. Please advise your eta on booking, we aim to be flexible and will try to accommodate early and late arrivals.
- Under 18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult, we cannot accommodate children under 10 years old or pets.
We advise you to take out holiday insurance at the time of booking.
The card you use to pay your deposit will be held against your booking and may be used in the event of cancellation, no show or damage to our property.
We regret that the deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your reservation, if this is within 21 days of your arrival then the total cost of your stay will be charged.
We will always endeavour to relet the room(s). If successfully relet we would of course refund any monies due for the booking (less a 10% admin charge of the total booking cost).

Changes to bookings;
We will try and accommodate your request subject to availability; this includes any reduction in length of stay. Any changes within 21 days of arrival are classed as a cancellation and will be charged accordingly unless your room can be re-let.
As a small B&B we want you to enjoy your stay with us and so we hope not to deter you by having too many rules which we hope you agree are things that the majority of people accept as normal, but legally we need to make apparent, click here to view.
