It is easily accessible by road or train, a welcome stop en route to Scotland and London via M6 / A65 and A59.
From Settle follow through the town centre, under the railway bridge and turn right on the B6479 to Horton. This road has a few sharp bends and hills so use with care and observe the 30 and 40 mph road signs until through Langcliffe (the police regularly patrol this road to help avoid accidents).
Continue through Horton, passing the Golden Lion pub and carefully the 2 bridges over the Ribble by The Crown pub. After turning sharp right by the railway station The Rowe House will be found on the right just beyond the car park for the playing fields.
From Ingleton and Hawes on the B6255 at Ribblehead turn down the B6479 towards Selside and Horton in Ribblesdale. Follow through Selside and on to Horton. After passing under the railway bridge and past the Blind Beck tea rooms, The Rowe House can be found on the Left immediately beyond Rowe Farm House and before the playing fields car park.
